First time here! Curtis was phenomenal. Jon was helpful too! Pointed out what needed to be done, and provided clear explanation. Did a nice job with cleaning my engine! Although it was a far drive for me, will be back! I was not charged a service fee for using a credit card.

Dealership told me to change my engine mounts during their multi-point inspection and I came to community auto before and had great work done for reasonable price so came back here to replace my engine mounts and to my surprise they did a test right before me and explained when engine mounts has to be changed. This store saved me atleast a $1000 now. For sure coming back again. Thanks guys.

Got an alignment here for very cheap through Groupon, the service was fast and honest. The mechanic who worked on my car did his absolute best with my alignment, he tested it 4 times and got it as straight as possible but due to some suspension issues with the car it still pulls ever so slightly. But the people were great and knowledgeable. Will be back if needed.

First off, I’ve driven this place so many times and never saw it, it’s in the shopping center on the corner. Went down there today because I needed an AC vacuum and refill after replacing ac compressor and the prices were good. Mohamad took really good care of me and he brought me out purposefully to show me that everything looked and even recommended that my blower was good for now, but might want to think about replacing it in the future as the pressure was low. If you are in the Plano area and have mechanical needs, check them out. Prices were way more reasonable and there were no pushy sales antics. Just good old quality service, definitely will go back. Oh and the wait was minimal too.

They get the job done quickly, the wait time is much shorter than most the auto shops. I feel safe to drive every time walking out this place. Give them a try and you’ll come back. Muhammad is very straightforward about what he’s doing with your vehicle. There are no up-sales; he’ll let you know whether an issue needs to be fixed right away or if it can wait, and he explains the consequences of waiting. I really appreciate this honesty, especially since not everyone is in a position to invest a lot of money at once.

My go to Mechanic! Brought the car in due to over heating. Turns out I needed the fan replaced. He gave me a quote and of course I called around to other places for pricing and was quoted double the price and they would have to keep it overnight. Mo fixed it in a few hours for half the price. It runs like a charm. Mo was a pleasure to work with and very professional.We will be taking our son's car there next week as well.

My family and I all get our inspections done from here every year, zero complaints! Fast and great service, they always fill my tire if the pressure is low during my inspection. Definitely my first call whenever I need any auto repairs. This shop has been my favorite place to go for some minor repairs and oil change for 3yrs now! I came in last night for new battery and inspect today and everything was super fast and super excellent customer service. My first time here was after so many efforts to fix some little thing and I didn't want to take it to dealership cuz of high labor charges for it. So I brought it in after paying $120 for diagnostic and Omar took care of the repair with little to nothing compared to the dealers. I was shock and happy with their work and they were friendly for the entire time. And I noticed that they can fix both American and foreign cars which is cool.

I love patronizing businesses around my neighborhood and this ppl have earned an amazing excellent customer satisfaction.

I will continue to visit this business for all my car repairs.

Was caught short when getting my tires checked before a trip. Went to Community to tweak the tow because the tire shop claimed it was tearing up my front tires. But adjustments were not needed so the confirmed it was good and sent me on my way and declined to charge me for the alignment.

I'd definitely say I trust these guys and I'll be back.

Mohammad is the BEST!! My car overheated and I was stuck between shifts with no car. When I tell you he calmed my nerves, got my car fixed and on my way..... truly a blessing. Thanks again Mohammad.
